Freeport Boulevard Transportation Safety Committee

SLPNA partners with the Freeport Boulevard Transportation Safety Committee to promote safe travel and enjoyment of our neighborhood's primary commercial corridor. The FBTSC was founded in 2018 after the tragic hit-and-run vehicle accident on Freeport that killed an elderly grandmother and severely injured her six-year old grandson. The FBTSC is open to all neighbors and includes members of the public and board members from the South Land Park, Hollywood Park, and Land Park neighborhood associations.

The background and purpose of the FBTSC can be found in the FBTSC charter.

The FBTSC welcomes all neighbors to attend and participate at committee meetings. They meet on the third Thursday of every month at 6:30 at Saint Robert's School in Hollywood Park. Please join if you can. Questions or comments are always welcome by emailing Freeport.Trafficsafety@gmail.com.
